CUSTOMER CARE

Here at Lake Country Cards, we truly value and appreciate our customers. We understand that without our customers we would have no need for a shop. They make our dream a reality. With that being said, we do our best to take great care of them. We strive to get to know them and their families, who they collect and who they are on the hunt for. We try to keep our prices fair so that collectors can collect and flippers still have some room on the bone to make another deal. 

We are NOT perfect and don't claim to be. We do however, make mistakes. And when we do, we try our best to fix what we can, when we can. We believe in high integrity and truly believe we report to a higher calling. We work hard at hiring a staff who also has high integrity and great people skills to keep our shop warm and welcoming!

 

We created Lake Country Cards with our customers in mind and we hope you feel that when you visit us. Whether it be online, at a show or in our store, we want you to feel comfortable and feel like you're part of the Lake Country Card Family!
